There is a double jump that is on a timer meaning you can only jump when your first jump has finished.

Reminds me of Jump King, pretty tricky.
The really bad thing about this game is when you press Left/Right and jump simultaneously, it doesn't register both inputs and makes you drop the jump. Really frustrating bad.

Your sentence makes 0 sense. Please, if possible, could you elaborate because if u press right and then jump, you should jump right.
If you press right and jump AT THE SAME TIME it goes right and doesn't jump.

if the double jump worked reliably, this could be a good game.
But since it only works like in 30-50% of the cases, this is kind of impossible :-(

the double jump cooldown made me wanna tie a rope around my neck but its ok i guess
